Hadith 32:1185
Ibn Abi ‘Adi narrated to us, from Humayd, from Anas, who said: Some people from ‘Uraynah embraced Islam, but they found the climate of Medina unsuitable. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to them: "If you were to go out to our camels and drink from their milk." Humayd said: And Qatadah said, from Anas: "And their urine." So they did so. When they recovered, they disbelieved after their Islam, killed the shepherd of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)—who was a believer or a Muslim—drove away the camels of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and fled as combatants. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent [men] in their pursuit. They were captured, so he cut off their hands and feet, branded their eyes, and left them in the rocky tract (al-harrah) until they died.
