Musnad Ahmad 32:1194

Ibn Abi ‘Adi narrated to us, from Humayd, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) went out one day while his head was bandaged. He said: The Ansar, their women, and their children met him, and when he saw the faces of the Ansar, he said: "By the One in Whose hand is my soul, I truly love you." He said: "The Ansar have fulfilled what was upon them, and what is upon you remains. So show kindness to those among them who do good, and overlook the faults of those among them who do wrong."
