Musnad Ahmad 32:1229

Rawh narrated to us, Hisham bin Abi Abdullah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas bin Malik, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to say in his supplication: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, and miserliness and cowardice, and senility, and the punishment of the grave. And I seek refuge in You from the trial of life and the trial of death."
