Musnad Ahmad 32:1296

'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Amr narrated to us, Kharijah ibn 'Abd Allah—from the descendants of Zayd ibn Thabit—narrated to us, from his father, who said: We departed from the Dhuhr [prayer] with Kharijah ibn Zayd, and we entered upon Anas ibn Malik. He said: "O slave girl, look, has the time arrived?" He said: She replied, "Yes." We said to him: "We have only just departed from the Dhuhr [prayer] with the Imam." He said: So he stood up and prayed the 'Asr [prayer], then he said: "This is how we used to pray with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him."
