Musnad Ahmad 32:1302

Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, Sa'id informed us, from Qatadah, from Anas, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Eat the suhur (pre-dawn meal), for indeed there is blessing in the suhur."
