Musnad Ahmad 32:14

Hashim narrated to us, Al-Awwam informed us, Al-Azhar ibn Rashid narrated to us, from Anas ibn Malik, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not seek light from the fire of the polytheist, and do not engrave Arabic upon your signet rings."
