Musnad Ahmad 32:1454

Yunus narrated to us, Hammad—meaning Ibn Salamah—narrated to us, from Thabit, from Anas, that when Ruqayyah died, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "No man who has had intercourse with his wife shall enter the grave." So, Uthman ibn Affan did not enter the grave.
