Musnad Ahmad 32:1467

Hassan ibn Musa narrated to us, Salam—meaning Ibn Miskin—narrated to us, from Abu Dhilal, from Anas ibn Malik, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Indeed, a servant in Hell will call out for a thousand years: 'O Most Kind, O Bestower of favors.' Allah will say to Gabriel: 'Go and bring Me this servant of Mine.' So Gabriel will depart and find the people of the Fire cast upon their faces, weeping. He will return to his Lord and inform Him. He will say: 'Bring him to Me, for he is in such-and-such a place.' So he will bring him and make him stand before his Lord. He will say to him: 'O My servant, how did you find your place and your resting spot?' He will say: 'O my Lord, the worst place and the worst resting spot.' He will say: 'Return My servant.' He will say: 'O my Lord, I did not hope, when You brought me out of it, that You would return me into it.' He will say: 'Leave My servant.'"
