Sufyan narrated to us, Hisham bin Hassan narrated to us, from Ibn Sirin, from Anas, who said: "When the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, threw the pebbles at the Jamrah and slaughtered his sacrificial animal, he called for a cupper (hajjam) and gave the cupper—and Sufyan said once: and he gave the barber (haliq)—his right side, so he shaved it, and he gave it to Abu Talha. Then he shaved the left side and gave it to the people."
