Hadith 32:1533

Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, Sulayman al-Taymi narrated to us, from Anas ibn Malik, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said on the day of Badr: "Who will see what Abu Jahl has done?" He said: So Abdullah ibn Mas'ud set out and found the two sons of Afra' had struck him until he was incapacitated. He said: So Ibn Mas'ud took him by his beard and said: "Are you Abu Jahl? Are you the misguided elder?" He said: So Abu Jahl said: "Is there anyone superior to a man whom you have killed?" or he said: "Whom his people have killed?"
