Musnad Ahmad 32:1537

Ya'qub narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, who said: Humayd al-Tawil narrated to me, from Anas ibn Malik al-Ansari: "That the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, when he would reach a village by night, he would not raid until he reached the morning. Then, if he heard the call to prayer, he would refrain, and if he did not hear the call to prayer, he would raid."
