Musnad Ahmad 32:1689

'Affan and Bahz narrated to us, they said: Hammam narrated to us. Bahz said in his narration: He said: Qatadah narrated to us, from Anas, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "There is no contagion, and no superstition. And the *fa'l* (optimistic omen) pleases me: the good word and the righteous word."
