Musnad Ahmad 32:1753

'Affan narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, and he mentioned a hadith. He said: And Ubayd Allah ibn Abi Bakr informed us, from Anas, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "This is the son of Adam, and this is his appointed time (ajal), and there is his hope (amal)."
