Musnad Ahmad 32:1833

Abdullah ibn Bakr narrated to us, Humaid narrated to us, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) turned his face toward us before he said the takbir for the prayer, and said: "Straighten your rows and stand close together, for I see you from behind my back."
