Musnad Ahmad 32:1909

Affan narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, Thabit narrated to us, from Anas, that when Ruqayyah died, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No man who has had intercourse with his wife tonight shall enter the grave."
