'Affan narrated to us, Aban ibn Yazid narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from Anas ibn Malik: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) never had lunch and dinner gathered for him, consisting of bread and meat, except when there were guests."
