Musnad Ahmad 32:1929

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, and Hajjaj narrated to us, he said: Shu‘bah narrated to me, he said: I heard Qatadah narrating from Anas ibn Malik. And Hajjaj said in his narration: I heard Anas ibn Malik say: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) — and I do not know if it was something revealed or if he was saying it —: "If the son of Adam — and Hajjaj said: If the son of Adam had — two valleys of wealth, he would wish for a third valley. And nothing fills the belly of the son of Adam except dust, and Allah accepts the repentance of whoever repents."
