Musnad Ahmad 32:193

Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, 'Azrah ibn Thabit narrated to us, from Thumamah ibn 'Abd Allah, from Anas ibn Malik: "That the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to breathe three times in his vessel." And Anas used to breathe three times.
