Musnad Ahmad 32:1935

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, and Hajjaj said: Shu'bah narrated to me, he said: I heard Qatadah narrating from Anas ibn Malik, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, the Ansar are my inner circle and my trusted confidants. And indeed, people will increase while they will decrease, so accept from their doers of good, and pardon their wrongdoers."
