Musnad Ahmad 32:1995

Abu Dawud narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from Anas, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Allah says: 'I am as My servant expects Me to be, and I am with him when he calls upon Me.'"
