Musnad Ahmad 32:2038

Ibrahim ibn Khalid narrated to us, Rabah narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from Thabit, from Anas, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "He emancipated Safiyyah bint Huyayy, and he made her emancipation her dowry."
