Musnad Ahmad 32:2075

'Affan narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, he said: Simak bin Harb informed us, from Anas bin Malik, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent *Bara'ah* (Surah At-Tawbah) with Abu Bakr to the people of Makkah. He said: Then he called him, and he said: So he sent Ali with it. He said: "None shall convey it except a man from my household."
