Affan narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, Thabit informed us, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: While the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was with one of his wives, a man passed by him. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "O so-and-so, this is my wife, so-and-so." The man said: "O Messenger of Allah, of whom would I have thought [ill]? For I would not have thought [ill] of you." He said: "Indeed, Satan circulates in the son of Adam as blood circulates."
