Musnad Ahmad 32:2141

Bahz narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: I came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and a tailor from the people of Medina had invited him. There was barley bread and rancid fat. He said: And there were gourds in it. He said: "And the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to like gourds." He said: So I began to bring them near in front of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Anas said: "I have never ceased to like gourds since I saw the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, liking them."
