Musnad Ahmad 32:2153

Bahz narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Maintain moderation in prostration, and let not one of you spread out his forearms as the dog spreads them out."
