Waki’ narrated to us, Hisham al-Dastawa’i narrated to us, from Abu ‘Isam, from Anas, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to breathe three times in the vessel, and he would say: "This is more satisfying, more wholesome, and more healthful."
