Waki' and Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, they said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said—Ibn Ja'far said in his narration—I heard Qatadah, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The son of Adam grows old, and two things remain in him: greed and hope."
