Musnad Ahmad 32:271

Waki' narrated to us, Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, from Ali bin Zaid, from Anas bin Malik, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "On the night I was taken on the Night Journey, I passed by a people whose lips were being cut with scissors of fire." He said: "I asked, 'Who are these?' They said, 'They are the preachers of the people of the world who used to command people to righteousness and forget themselves, while they were reciting the Book. Do they not then use their reason?'"
