Musnad Ahmad 32:339

'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Badil al-'Uqayli narrated to us, from his father, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah has people among mankind." It was said: "Who are the people of Allah among them?" He said: "The people of the Qur'an; they are the people of Allah and His chosen ones."
