Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Muqri narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas, who said: "The recitation of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was a prolongation; he would prolong it with a prolongation."
