Musnad Ahmad 32:61

'Abd al-Wahhab narrated to us, Ayyub narrated to us, from Abu Qilabah, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: "Bilal was commanded to make the Adhan (call to prayer) double, and the Iqamah (call to commence prayer) single."
