Musnad Ahmad 32:7

Hushaym narrated to us, from ‘Abd al-‘Aziz, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), when he would enter the privy, he would say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils (al-khubuth wa al-khaba'ith)."
