Musnad Ahmad 32:73

Ibn Abi ‘Adi narrated to us, from Humayd, from Anas, who said: It used to please us that a man from the people of the desert would come and ask the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. A Bedouin came and said: "O Messenger of Allah, when is the Hour?" The prayer was then established, and the Messenger of Allah prayed. When he finished his prayer, he said: "Where is the one who asked about the Hour?" He said: "I am here, O Messenger of Allah." He said: "And what have you prepared for it?" He said: "I have not prepared much prayer or fasting for it, except that I love Allah and His Messenger." The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "A person is with whom he loves." Anas said: "I have not seen the Muslims rejoice over anything after Islam as they rejoiced over this."
