Musnad Ahmad 32:800

'Abdullah ibn Bakr and Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, they said: Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas ibn Malik, "That the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) emancipated Safiyyah bint Huyayy, and he made her emancipation her dowry."
