Hadith 32:847

Mu'ammal narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from Thabit, from Anas: "A man came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, asking him, and the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, gave him sheep between two mountains." The man came to his people and said: "O my people, embrace Islam, for by Allah, Muhammad gives the gift of a man who does not fear destitution"—or he said: "poverty." He said: And Thabit narrated it to us, he said: Anas said: "A man would come to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, embracing Islam, wanting nothing but to obtain some worldly goods"—or he said: "a worldly thing he would obtain"—but he would not reach the evening of that day until his religion was more beloved to him—or he said: "greater to him"—than the world and everything in it.
