Musnad Ahmad 32:87

Ibn Abi ‘Adi narrated to us, from Humayd, and Yazid ibn Harun, who said: Humayd informed us, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was with one of his wives—I think it was ‘Aishah—when one of the Mothers of the Believers sent a bowl containing food with a servant of hers. He said: The other [wife] struck the servant’s hand, and the bowl broke into two halves. He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) began to say, "Your mother has become jealous." He said: He took the two pieces and joined one to the other, and placed the food in it. Then he said, "Eat." So they ate, and the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) kept the messenger and the bowl until they had finished. Then he gave the messenger another bowl, and left the broken one in its place.
