Musnad Ahmad 593:2

Waki’ narrated to us, ‘Abd al-Hamid narrated to us, from Shahr ibn Hawshab, from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Ghanam, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about the *‘utul zanim* (the cruel, ignoble one). He said: "He is the one who is harsh in creation, healthy, a great eater and drinker, who finds food and drink, is oppressive to the people, and has a spacious belly."
