Musnad Ahmad 540:4

Waki’ narrated to us, al-A’mash narrated to us, from Zayd ibn Wahb, from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Hasana, who said: I and ‘Amr ibn al-‘As were sitting. He said: Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) came out to us, and with him was a shield or something similar to it, so he shielded himself with it and urinated while sitting. He said: So we said, "Does the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) urinate as a woman urinates?" He said: So he came to us and said, "Do you not know what happened to the man from the Children of Israel? When any urine would touch a man among them, he would cut it off. So he forbade them from that, and he was punished in his grave."
