Musnad Ahmad 850:11

Sulayman ibn Dawud narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us, from Ya'la ibn Hakim, from Abu Labid, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Samurah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever plunders a plunder is not of us."
