Musnad Ahmad 94:1

Marwan ibn Mu'awiyah al-Fazari narrated to us, 'Abd al-Wahid ibn Ayman al-Makki narrated to us, from 'Ubayd Allah ibn 'Abd Allah al-Zuraqi, from his father. Al-Fazari said once: From Ibn Rifa'ah al-Zuraqi, from his father. Others besides al-Fazari said: 'Ubayd ibn Rifa'ah al-Zuraqi. He said: When the day of Uhud came and the polytheists turned back, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Align yourselves so that I may praise my Lord." So they stood behind him in rows. He said: "O Allah, to You belongs all praise. O Allah, there is no one to withhold what You have extended, and no one to extend what You have withheld. There is no guide for whom You have led astray, and no one to lead astray whom You have guided. There is no giver for what You have withheld, and no withholder for what You have given. There is no bringer near for what You have distanced, and no bringer of distance for what You have brought near. O Allah, extend upon us from Your blessings, Your mercy, Your bounty, and Your provision. O Allah, I ask You for the everlasting bliss that neither changes nor ceases. O Allah, I ask You for bliss on the day of poverty and security on the day of fear. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what You have given us and the evil of what You have withheld. O Allah, make faith beloved to us and beautify it in our hearts, and make disbelief, wickedness, and disobedience hateful to us, and make us among the rightly guided. O Allah, cause us to die as Muslims, and cause us to live as Muslims, and join us with the righteous, without being disgraced or tested. O Allah, fight the disbelievers who deny Your messengers and turn away from Your path, and place upon them Your wrath and Your punishment. O Allah, fight the disbelievers who were given the Book, the God of Truth."
