Musnad Ahmad 769:18

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, and Hajjaj narrated from Shu'bah, who said: I heard 'Ubayd Abu al-Hasan say: I heard 'Abdullah ibn Abi Awfa say: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to supplicate with this supplication: "O Allah, our Lord, to You is the praise, filling the heavens and filling the earth." Hajjaj said: "Filling the heavens, and filling the earth, and filling whatever else You will." Muhammad said: Shu'bah said: And Abu 'Ismah narrated to me, from Sulayman al-A'mash, from 'Ubayd, from 'Abdullah ibn Abi Awfa, that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to supplicate [with this] when he raised his head from bowing.
