Kathir ibn Marwan Abu Muhammad narrated to us, in the year one hundred and eighty-one, Ibrahim ibn Abi Abla narrated to us, he said: I saw Abdullah ibn Amr ibn Umm Haram al-Ansari, and he had prayed with the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, toward the two qiblas, and upon him was a garment of dusty-colored silk. And Ibrahim gestured with his hand toward his shoulders, so Kathir thought it was a mantle.
