Musnad Ahmad 834:10

Sa'd ibn Ibrahim ibn Sa'd narrated to us, 'Ubaydah ibn Abi Ra'itah al-Hadhdha' at-Tamimi narrated to us, he said: 'Abd ar-Rahman ibn Ziyad, or 'Abd ar-Rahman ibn 'Abdullah, narrated to me, from 'Abdullah ibn Mughaffal al-Muzani, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Fear Allah, fear Allah regarding my companions. Fear Allah, fear Allah regarding my companions. Do not take them as a target after me. Whoever loves them, then by my love he loves them; and whoever hates them, then by my hatred he hates them. Whoever harms them has harmed me, and whoever harms me has harmed Allah, and whoever harms Allah, it is imminent that He will seize him."
