Musnad Ahmad 1098:1

Yunus and Surayj narrated to us, they said: Fulayh narrated to us, from Sa’id ibn al-Harith, from Abu Salamah, who said: Abu Hurayrah used to narrate to us from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: "Indeed, there is an hour on Friday." Then he mentioned the hadith. I said: "By Allah, if I went to Abu Sa’id and asked him," and he mentioned the hadith. Then I left him and entered upon Abdullah ibn Salam and asked him about it. He said: "Allah created Adam on Friday, he was sent down to the earth on Friday, his soul was taken on Friday, and the Hour will be established on it. It is the last hour." Surayj said: "It is the last hour of it." I said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'In prayer,' and it is not an hour of prayer." He said: "Do you not know that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'The one waiting for the prayer is in prayer'?" I said: "Yes." He said: "It is, by Allah, it."
