Musnad Ahmad 1098:7

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Ishaq narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurairah, who said: I met Abdullah ibn Salam and told him my hadith and the hadith of Ka’b regarding his statement: "Every year." He said: "Ka’b lied. It is as the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: 'Every Friday.'" I said: "He has retracted it." He said: "Nay, by the One in Whose hand is the soul of Abdullah ibn Salam, I indeed know that hour." I said: "O Abdullah, inform me of it." He said: "It is the last hour of the day of Friday." I said: "Is it not said: 'A believer does not coincide with it while he is praying'?" He said: "Have you not heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: 'Whoever waits for a prayer, he is in a state of prayer until he prays'?" I said: "Yes." He said: "Then it is likewise."
