Musnad Ahmad 675:5

Ibrahim ibn Abi al-Abbas narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, from Hilal, from Abdullah ibn Ukaym, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to us—or he said: wrote to us—saying: "Do not make use of the dead animal for its hide, nor its sinew."
