Musnad Ahmad 329:11

Musa ibn Dawud narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, from Habban ibn Wasi', from his father, from Abdullah ibn Zayd ibn 'Asim, who said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, perform ablution one day, and he wiped his head with water other than the remainder of his hands."
