Isma'il ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from 'Adi ibn Thabit, from 'Abdullah ibn Yazid al-Khatmi—and he is the Ansari—who said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, forbade mutilation and plunder."
