Hadith of Abdullah ibn al-Sa’di (RA)
Hadith 965:1
Ishaq ibn Isa narrated to us, Yahya ibn Hamza narrated to us, from Ata al-Khurasani, Ibn Muhayriz narrated to me, from Abdullah ibn al-Sa’di, a man from the tribe of Banu Malik ibn Hasl, that he came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, among a group of his companions. They said to him, "Guard our baggage." Then he entered, and he was the youngest of the people, and he fulfilled their need for them. Then they said to him, "Enter," so he entered. He [the Prophet] said, "Your need?" He said, "My need is that you tell me: has the migration (Hijrah) ended?" The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, "Your need is better than their needs. The migration does not end as long as the enemy is fought."
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
