Musnad Ahmad 479:0

Narrated Abdullah ibn Jahsh: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever is appointed to a position of authority over ten people or more, he will be brought on the Day of Resurrection with his hands tied to his neck. Either his righteousness will release him, or his sin will destroy him." The beginning of it is blame, the middle of it is regret, and the end of it is humiliation on the Day of Resurrection.
